FAQ
🌟Have questions? We’re here to help!
1
Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.
✅
2
A head-on shot is preferred – Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of the face is showing, only half of the face will be on your product!
💡
3
Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

1
For our socks, machine-wash them inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Using a mild detergent and avoiding the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets will allow for long-lasting results. These instructions are for the best result possible. Washing our socks with like colors as you normally would your other clothing will not affect the quality of your socks in any way.
✅
2
For our mugs, hand-wash them with a mild dish liquid. Our mugs are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing to ensure long-lasting use of your new custom mug.
💡
3
For our blankets, machine wash separately with cold water. Tumble dry on low and do not bleach the blanket. Be sure not to wash your new blanket with other clothing when you first wash it! It tends to shed a bit of fuzz upon first wash.

I got this for my boyfriend who is away at college with my face on it. He says it is the best thing I have ever given him!
E
Bought this as a wedding anniversary gift with our dog's face. It's the "jewelry" of our living room now. Everyone who visits asks where we got it.
S
Love it! So much better than the ones I saw on other sites.
V
The colors are deep and rich. It is not just a gimmick product; it is actually a really nice, functional blanket.
C
A little static right out of the bag, but a quick wash with softener fixed that. The print is stunning.
H
Gifted this to my parents with all their grandkids' faces. It is now the centerpiece of their sunroom. Such a meaningful gift.
P
Took about 12 days to arrive. Considering it is personalized, that is great service. The fleece is very plush to the touch.
G
The design process was so easy. I just uploaded a photo from my phone and they handled the rest. The cutout around the hair was perfect.
B
Surprisingly warm for how lightweight it feels. It has become my go-to blanket for working from home in my chilly office.
N
A decent blanket. It is not super thick, so it is better for spring or autumn use, or just as a throw. The image quality is five stars though.
Q
The faces are repeated in a very symmetrical, professional way. It does not look messy or cheap. It actually looks like a designer piece.
S
Great quality and fast shipping to Canada.
D
Absolutely hilarious and cute at the same time. I chose the pink background and it is a very pretty, soft pastel shade.

I have washed it twice already on a cold cycle and tumble dried low. No fading or shedding at all. The quality of the print is definitely built to last.

The material is a bit thinner than I expected for a premium blanket, but the softness is unmatched. My kids fight over who gets to use the daddy blanket.

P
I ordered the largest size and it is perfect for a queen bed. It is lightweight but still keeps you very warm. The custom cropping of the photos was spot on.

The print quality blew me away. I was worried the faces would look pixelated on such a large scale, but they are crisp and clear. Perfect for the sofa.

This blanket is incredibly soft. I put my grandson's face on it for my daughter and she actually cried. The fleece material is high quality and very cozy for movie nights.
