Return & Refund Policy

At PrintLegacy, every product is custom-made just for you. Because each item is uniquely personalized, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

All Sales Are Final on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with design

Quality Issues & Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by us, we will make it right β€” free of charge.

To be eligible for a refund or free remake, you must:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery
  2. Email us at service@printlegacy.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A clear photo of the defective or damaged item

Once approved, we will offer either:

  • A free remake of your original order, OR
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refund Processing Times

  • Credit/Debit Card: 1–2 business days after approval
  • PayPal: 7–10 business days after approval

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order with fast turnaround times, no changes or cancellations can be made once an order is placed. Please double-check your photo, spelling, and customization details before submitting.
