FAQ
🌟Have questions? We’re here to help!
1
Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your furry (or non-furry) friend’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see.
✅
2
A head-on shot is preferred – Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including both ears. If only half of the face is showing, only half of the face will be on your product!
💡
3
Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.

1
For our socks, machine-wash them inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Using a mild detergent and avoiding the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets will allow for long-lasting results. These instructions are for the best result possible. Washing our socks with like colors as you normally would your other clothing will not affect the quality of your socks in any way.
✅
2
For our mugs, hand-wash them with a mild dish liquid. Our mugs are dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing to ensure long-lasting use of your new custom mug.
💡
3
For our blankets, machine wash separately with cold water. Tumble dry on low and do not bleach the blanket. Be sure not to wash your new blanket with other clothing when you first wash it! It tends to shed a bit of fuzz upon first wash.

N
Decent value for money considering the level of customization. The cropping is clean with no weird borders around the faces.
P
Great customer service. They reached out to check the photo brightness before printing to ensure it looked good on the fabric. Very professional.
A
Gave this to my mom and she absolutely loves it. The face print is clear and the colors haven't faded even after machine washing twice. Only wish I had ordered a larger size it's a bit smaller than I imagined. Still a great gift overall.
V
Love it! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a special Mother's Day or birthday gift that lasts.
C
The faces are repeated in a very professional, symmetrical way. It looks like a high-end custom boutique item rather than a gag gift.
H
A bit of static electricity at first, but a quick dryer cycle with a sheet fixed it. The print quality is top-notch.
P
Gifted this to my sister who just became a mom. She says it's the most thoughtful thing she's received. The "jewelry" style repeating pattern is very chic.
G
Vibrant colors and no chemical smell upon arrival. It's very breathable yet keeps you warm enough for spring or fall nights.
B
The design process was super easy. Just uploaded the photo and the layout team did the rest perfectly. No blurry edges at all.
X
Surprisingly stretchy and cozy. I've been using it every night and it's become my favorite blanket in the house.
Q
I ordered the largest size and it fits perfectly on a queen bed. It's a great statement piece and a fun conversation starter for guests.
S
High-quality materials used here. The faces don't look like stickers; the ink is actually part of the soft fabric. Very cozy.
D
My mother-in-law cried when she opened this. It's such a unique, personal way to show love. The printing is sharp and vibrant.
V
A slightly thin material if you want a heavy winter quilt, but as a decorative and sentimental throw, it is perfect. Very soft to the touch.
J
Fantastic personalized blanket. The custom photo looks even better in person than the preview showed. Fabric is plush, warm, and feels premium to the touch. My mom keeps it on the sofa and everyone who visits asks about it. Highly recommend.
A
Shipping took about 10 days to reach me, but since it's a personalized item, I expected a bit of a wait. The final result was definitely worth it.
E
The pink background matches the website preview exactly. It hasn't faded at all after two washes, and the fabric stays very plush.
H
Really pleased with this. Used a slightly older photo and the print still came out great. The blanket is soft, lightweight, and easy to care for. My mom keeps it draped on her reading chair. Thoughtful gift that looks expensive without the price tag.
A
The blanket is good quality and the photo print was mostly accurate. Shipping took a day longer than expected but the packaging was secure and the product arrived in perfect condition. I'd probably order again for the holidays.
F
The material is lightweight but surprisingly warm. It arrived in a nice vacuum-sealed bag and fluffed up perfectly after a quick wash.
H
My mom uses this blanket every single morning with her coffee. The custom face print is clear and vivid exactly as uploaded. Fabric is soft and not too thick, which makes it perfect for year, round use. Presentation was gift, ready too.
C
My daughter got me this for Mother's Day and I was completely caught off guard. The photo of us together came out so beautiful on the blanket. It's warm, soft, and the print hasn't faded at all after washing. I sleep with it every night now.
E
Ordered this as a Christmas gift and my mom used it as a Mother's Day display. The photo print is beautiful fade, resistant and sharp. She says it's the softest blanket she owns. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.
I
Got this for my partner with a picture of our two cats. The photo came out sharp and the colors are true to the original. The blanket is thick, soft, and has held up well through multiple washes. We keep it on the bed as a throw. Great product.
S
Best gift I've ever bought for my wife. Seeing our kids' faces repeated across the blanket was both hilarious and sweet. 10/10 quality.
A
Ordered this with a picture of my dog for my mom. She was obsessed. The fleece is incredibly soft, the photo is crisp, and the whole thing feels durable. She uses it every day on the sofa. Genuinely one of the best gifts I've ever given.
M
Honestly, the comfort is better than my regular throws. It has a premium jewelry-like soft texture and is perfect for late-night movie sessions on the sofa.
T
I was worried the photo quality would drop on a large blanket, but the resolution is fantastic. The custom cropping around the hair was done with amazing detail.
B
I wasn't sure what to expect from a custom photo blanket at this price point but I'm genuinely impressed. The print is vibrant, the fabric is plush and warm, and it arrived within the estimated timeframe. My mom hasn't put it down since.
D
This was the highlight of Mother's Day! I put all four grandkids' faces on it and my mom hasn't stopped showing it off. The fleece is incredibly soft and the print is crystal clear.
E
The blanket is comfortable and the customization was easy. The final product matches what I uploaded well. Shipping was on time. My only note is that the color saturation could be slightly brighter, but overall a solid purchase and a great gift idea.
